• When you fill out the registration form, you should select all of the times in which you are able to play. Once registration closes, we will create a schedule and assign you to one or two 3-hour blocks from those that you selected.

    We encourage you to play as much as you want outside of your assigned blocks, but we NEED you to show up for your assigned blocks.

  • If you sign up to volunteer at the event you will be assigned to one or more 2-hour time blocks selected from the times that you indicated on your registration form. These will not overlap with your assigned playing time.

    Volunteers sign folks in and give them their player packs, register walk-up players, and help sell raffle tickets.

  • NEW for 2025 – Parents & Kids Game 8am-11am: If
    we have numbers, we will set up an additional field for parents to play with their kids 13 & under. Only pre-register kids under 13 if you want to, otherwise just sign up the adults and put in the schedule notes whether and how many kids you plan to bring.


    Minors can play as long as they have a responsible adult
    present at the field and a guardian has signed a youth waiver (which will be
    emailed after registration and we will have copies at the registration desk).
    Minors under age 16 will not be allowed to play after dark and before sunrise.
    Kids of all ages are welcome at the fields during the day on Saturday.


    No childcare will be available, but there will
    certainly be other kids running around (like the organizers' 6-year-old &
    8-year-old).

  • Meatball subs are a long-running tradition at Andy24, so expect a crockpot of meatballs in sauce with rolls to make yourself one!

    There will also be fresh fruit and cut vegetables, vegan sloppy joes, bagels, and other snacks throughout the event.

  • In 2024 we had raffle prizes including a Cane's prize basket, Jeni's, 4 Clippers tickets, King's Island passes, two $200 gift cards for car detailing from T and C productions, and plenty of ultimate gear from Spin and Breakmark.
